Assessment

The practitioner exam consists of:

  • 68 questions
  • 150 minute exam duration
  • Open book (official PRINCE2 manual only)

The pass mark for the practitioner exam is 55 per cent.

The e-learning course allows you to attempt sample practitioner exam questions, to gain feedback on areas that need further work. The course also indicates when you are ready for the exam, based on performance in the simulated exam.

Sitting your exam

Once you have completed the online learning and believe you are ready to sit your exam, you will be able to book your online exam, using your exam voucher to sign into the PeopleCert website. We would recommend that you do not book your exam until you are able to achieve 80% or higher in the exam simulator.

You must sit your exam within your course registration period.

Please see the ILX website for information regarding online exam dates and how to take exams online.
