Assessment

The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam consists of:

  • 60 minutes
  • Multiple-choice
  • 50 questions each worth one mark
  • Closed book

The pass mark is 55 percent (28 marks or more required to pass out of 50 questions)

The e-learning course allows you to attempt simulated foundation exams, to gain feedback on areas that need further work. The course also indicates when you are ready for the exam, based on performance in the simulated exam.

Sitting your exam

Once you have completed the online learning and believe you are ready to sit your exam, you will be able to book your online exam, using your exam voucher. We would recommend that you do not book your exam until you are able to achieve 80% or higher in the exam simulator.

You must sit your exam within your programme registration period of one year. Should you fail to sit your exam during your registration period, you will need to apply and pay the full course fee again.

Please see the ILX website for information regarding online exam dates and how to take exams online.
